Trisha Francis, FNP-C, is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner and founder of Afaithful Hands Healthcare Services. With more than a decade of nursing experience and advanced practice expertise in primary care, geriatrics, palliative care, and hospice medicine, she has devoted her career to caring for older adults and individuals with complex medical conditions throughout Southwest Florida.
Her approach focuses on building meaningful relationships with patients and families while promoting comfort, independence, dignity, and quality of life — wherever they call home.
